Mr. Rahul Ojha

Founder

With more than two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, our founder brings a strong foundation of leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to community welfare into the field of early childhood education. An IIM alumnus and dedicated edupreneur, he has transitioned from overseeing complex healthcare systems to establishing EagerMinds with a clear vision: to create a learning environment that nurtures curiosity, emotional intelligence, and holistic development in young children. His shift from healthcare to education reflects a steadfast belief that the formative years are critical in shaping future potential, and that quality early learning must combine structured pedagogy with warmth, safety, and meaningful engagement. Guided by this philosophy, he continues to lead the preschool with professionalism, purpose, and a commitment to building strong foundations for every child.

Mrs. Mukta Ojha

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Mukta Ojha, the Co-Founder and Managing Director of EagerMinds, is an accomplished educator and curriculum designer with over 15 years of experience in instructional design, subject matter development, and early childhood education. Her background includes leading content creation at Educomp Solutions and contributing to K–12 learning frameworks for US-based education providers, giving her a unique blend of subject expertise and international pedagogical exposure.

At EagerMinds, her vision is to cultivate an enriching and inclusive learning environment that supports holistic development through a play-based and thematic approach. The preschool is thoughtfully designed to foster curiosity, creativity, emotional well-being, and foundational cognitive skills—ensuring that each child grows not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. With a deep commitment to nurturing young minds, Mukta aims to provide children with a joyful and inspiring start to their educational journey.
